EDWARD G. BAER, CLU

Edward G. Baer, CLU has been in the life insurance profession since 1957 and is a Registered Representative of Ameritas Investment Corp (AIC). He is a 36-year member of the Million Dollar Round Table and received his Chartered Life Underwriter Designation in 1975. A Past President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors of Michiana, he received its "Life Underwriter of the Year" Award in 1978. He is a consistent qualifier for the National Quality Award. Additional activities include Past President, North Central Indiana Chapter/Society of Financial Service Professionals; Chairman, Indiana Financial Advisors Political Action Committee; and Past President, Michiana Estate Planning Council, Inc.

His community activities have included: Past President of the Urban League of South Bend and St. Joseph County; Past President and current board member of REAL Services, Inc.; Past President of Little Flower Catholic Church Parish Council; Past President of South Bend Human Rights Commission; Past President of South Bend Energy Conservation Commission; and served on South Bend School Board selection committees. He is a current Board Member of the South Bend Alumni Association.

He and his wife, Cathy, natives of the area, have four children and nine grandchildren.
